At our store, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with returns and refunds.
Returns
You may return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at christ.in.lightning@gmail.com with your order details. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for shipping the item back to us.
Please note:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, alterations, or are missing parts.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
If you don’t receive your refund within this timeframe, please check with your bank or contact us for assistance.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the item for a refund and place a new order.
